05.Pulse dust collector
Pulse dust collector can clean dust. During operation, the dust containing gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet duct. Coarse dust particles directly fall into the bottom of the ash hopper, while fine dust particles enter the middle and lower boxes with the turning of the airflow. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the filtered gas enters the upper box and is discharged through the exhaust fan to the clean gas collection pipe exhaust duct.
06.Trommel screen
Drum screen is a widely used equipment in sorting production lines, which controls material sorting by controlling particle size and has high sorting accuracy. The cylinder of a drum screen is generally divided into several sections, depending on the specific situation. 07.eddy current separator
The eddy current sorting machine is designed based on the principle that conductors can generate induced currents in high-frequency alternating magnetic fields. When a metal block enters the magnetic roller sorting area, eddy currents are induced inside the metal block. The magnetic field generated by this eddy current is opposite in direction to the original magnetic field and has a repulsive force. The repulsive force can push the metal block forward, achieving the purpose of separation.
