When the shredder is working, the torque arm acts a torque opposite to the rotation direction of the cutter roll on the reducer, effectively preventing the reducer from rotating during the working process, ensuring the stability of the crusher and reducing the failure rate. The coupling connects the reducer with the cutter roller, which has the function of overload protection.
Ss40 series shredder cutter shaft is usually made of alloy steel or carburized steel, which is generally assembled with cutter particles after casting and reprocessing; The blade is fixed on the blade shaft by screws, which is convenient for subsequent replacement and maintenance of the blade. According to the different components of the shredded domestic waste, the cutter particles are arranged differently on the main shaft. Here, the spiral V-shaped arrangement is adopted. This staggered arrangement makes the domestic waste move along the middle of the cutter box during crushing, and improves the shredding efficiency.
A small hole is opened near the bottom of the fixed jaw plate to form a large to small crushing cavity with the knife roller. The fixed jaw plate generates upward resistance to the objects moving downward with the cutter roller. After the cutter particles and the materials sheared by the fixed jaw plate are extruded and crushed again in the crushing chamber, they fall from the small hole of the fixed jaw plate to complete the crushing of domestic waste.
